Free One-Hour Consultation

This consultation can be conducted via telephone, Skype or FaceTime, or via a face-to-face meeting. During this meeting, Marc Aronson, our marketing strategist, we will ask you several questions about your business to help you sort out what is the most effective marketing strategy for you to pursue. Strategy Overview Consultations

This is for business owners who have studied the content of this website and wish to develop their strategy themselves, but need guidance to ensure they stay on track. We help these businesses to ensure they complete their strategic and tactical plans correctly, and implement them properly. Clients usually send us their drafts, and we critique and suggest revisions as needed. This service is available on a project basis, whereby the client purchases a block of hours. For those who want long-term consulting to oversee the implementation of their strategic and tactical plans, we may suggest a retainer agreement. For further details and a quote, contact us.

Strategic and Tactical Plan Development

Our strategic and tactical planning process consists of 26 questions and items. Two or more workshops are required depending on the size and scope of your professional service business and the number of target markets your business needs to focus on. We will cover all of the steps of the Formula for Market Dominance in detail. The process culminates with:

 

  1. A snapshot of your strategy for each target market in a Primary Letter format. These letters are used as templates to create content for all of your promotion, including websites, blogs, videos, social media pages, emailers, advertising, brochures, direct mailers, etc. In most cases, the length of each letter ranges between two and four pages.

  2. A custom tactical plan document, which includes an action plan that defines every specific target for each market. We recommend all targets are given timelines for completion and identify who shall be responsible for carrying out each respective task. The tactical plan also includes budgeting, statistical management and analysis of the results of carrying out tactical plan targets. The cost of this project depends on the size of your business and the number of target markets you need to focus on.
